RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and I will do my best to help! 

SHIPPING 

How long does it take to reach me?

For INTERNATIONAL orders, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please be aware that sometimes due to delay/ customs, shipment may take up to 8 weeks. // right now due to COVID, please expect further delays of up to 16-20 weeks. 

For LOCAL orders, it may take 3-7 days 

SHIPPING FEE 

How much is the shipping fee?

For LOCAL orders, 2SGD for non tracked, 3.50SGD for tracked. 

For ASIA orders, 7.50SGD for non tracked, 10SGD for tracked 

For EVERYWHERE ELSE, 9SGD for non tracked, 13SGD for tracked 

TRACKING 

Please note that the standard shipping under each product does not include tracking. If you would like to upgrade to tracked mailing, please purchase a “Tracked Shipping” listing along with your item(s). You will then receive an email/note with a tracking number once your order has been shipped~

PIN GRADE 

All pins are individually inspected and categorized

Please refer to respective pin listings for their individual pin grading. Reason being different designs have different imperfections hence it is better to refer to their individual grading
